Addresses holding 11 and 19 BTC respectively were activated after 10.6 years of dormancy

According to Whale Alert, two addresses that had been dormant for 10.6 years had just been activated, holding 11 ($1,074,321) and 19 ($1,853,914) BTC, respectively.
