Solana claims that Solana is always faster than ZK, but Matter Labs CEO refutes
"ZK is slower than traditional computing. So Solana is always faster than ZK because there is no religious reason to limit the full node capacity," Toly Yu, co-founder of Solana, said in a reply to netizens.
Alex Gluchowski, chief executive of Matter Labs, the developer of ZKsync, responded: "ZK is always faster than Solana because it is secured by maths rather than validators, which means that one or a few validators [for redundancy] will suffice, and you don't have to wait for consensus among thousands of nodes."
