MilkyWay will delay the launch of MILK tokens until the second half of the year
On June 21, Celestia liquidity staking protocol MilkyWay tweeted that it will delay the launch of MILK tokens until after the Modular Restaking Hub goes live, which is expected to be realized around the second half of this year. The official said that the team will continue to run the mPoints system until the token is launched, and will introduce new changes to gamify the system through more activities such as reward points activities.
In addition, Milky Badges will be distributed to pledged users in four batches. The first batch will be users from December 18, 2023 to February 14, 2024; the second batch will be users from February 15, 2024 to April 1, 2024; the third batch will be users from April 2, 2024 to May 9, 2024; and the fourth batch will be users from May 10, 2024 to June 15, 2024. If the user has participated in staking during these stages, they will be eligible to apply for specific Badges on the points dashboard. These Badges will be counted as a multiplier in the user's final score.
