Apple CEO: I have personally held bitcoin for three years, but Apple has no intention of entering the crypto market in the short term
In a recent interview, Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed that he has personally held bitcoin for three years as part of his diversified investments. However, Cook made it clear that this investment is a personal act and has nothing to do with Apple. Apple will not incorporate cryptocurrency into its business model, including its payment system or company portfolio, in the near future or in the near future.
Cook pointed out that the potential of bitcoin is worth watching, but Apple remains cautious about emerging technologies. For now, Apple is focusing on its core product line of smartphones, computers, wearables and related services, rather than entering the volatile crypto market. At the same time, although Apple allows the App Store to list crypto wallets and blockchain-related applications, it has no plans to further directly participate in the crypto ecosystem.
