On November 27th, Shea Ketsdever, a researcher at Ethereum infrastructure service Flashbots, said in a social media post that Flashbots has launched BuilderNet, a decentralized Ethereum block building network that runs on top of a trusted execution environment (TEE) and shares MEV (maximum extractable value) with the community. BuilderNet aims to neutralize the exclusive orderflow deals protocol, enhance the censorship resistance of Ethereum, and accelerate the decentralization of Rollup and the application layer.
