Paolo Ardoino, chief executive, said Tether Investment's liquidity pool for raw materials financing deals could grow to $30- $5 billion by 2026, after financing oil deals worth about $45 million in October. Tether Investments is understood to be planning to lend money to commodity brokers and earn interest on the temporary financing.
