Bitcoin miner MARA said on the X platform that with the issuance of a $1 billion convertible bond at 0%, the company acquired an additional 703 BTC, yielding 36.7% BTC per share year-to-date. As of November 27, 2024, the total holdings were approximately 34,794 BTC, worth $3.30 billion (based on the BTC spot price of $95,000). In addition, the company repurchased a portion of the 2026 bond for $200 million, and after transaction costs, the remaining proceeds are about $160 million, which can be used for future BTC bargain buying.
