The Spanish securities regulator has approved the first tokenization license
The Spanish securities regulator CNMV has approved the country's first tokenization license, opening the door to the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA).
Ursus-3 Capital, in partnership with Onyze, is the first consortium able to offer services to Spanish companies looking to enter the space. "We firmly believe that RWA tokenization opens up endless possibilities for entrepreneurs and it is important to ensure the legal safety of investors," says Juan Jurado, managing director of Ursus-3 Capital. Third parties can already sign up for their tokenization services.
