According to the data disclosed by TheBlock analyst Lars, the amount of unpositioned squaring in Bitcoin futures rose by 42.2% in November, and the amount of unpositioned squaring in Ethereum futures rose by 72.7%; in terms of futures trading volume, Bitcoin futures rose by 69.2% to $2.10 trillion in November, and Ethereum futures trading volume rose by 92.8%. CME Bitcoin futures unpositioned squaring volume increased by 61.4% to $20.10 billion (a record high), and the daily avg volume rose by 86.9% to about $9.80 billion; the monthly average trading volume of Ethereum futures increased to $940 billion, an increase of 92.8%.
In terms of cryptocurrency options, Bitcoin options unpositioned squaring volume rose 53.2% in November, and Ethereum options unpositioned squaring volume rose 84.2%. In addition, in terms of Bitcoin and Ethereum options trading volume, Bitcoin monthly options trading volume reached $110.90 billion, an increase of 105.3%; Ethereum options trading volume was $21.90 billion, an increase of 115.5%.
