Shutter integrated into Gnosis, introducing anti-preemptive trading and sandwich attacks
On June 24th, the Shutter team said that the protocol launched a new anti-front-running (preemptive trading) solution that uses memory pool encryption to combat MEV attacks that take nearly $900 million a year from crypto transactions. By partnering with Gnosis, Shutter will be integrated into the fully EVM-compliant L1 Gnosis chain to protect end users from preemptive trading and sandwich attacks, protecting traders from malicious MEV activities that can lead to significant monetary losses and unfair impact.
Shutter is an open-source protocol originally developed by Brainbot that focuses on preventing malicious MEV attacks.
