VanEck Ventures and VanEck's Digital Assets Alpha Fund invested $2.50 million in DAWN through a strategic funding round that marks "the first time multiple VanEck funds have invested directly in the same company". The latest round follows Andrena, the company behind DAWN, which raised $18 million in an August round. The $2.50 million will be used in part to expand retail engagement through hardware, allow users to create mini-networks for internet sharing, and allow DAWN to expand internationally.
