The three major U.S. stock indexes collectively opened higher, with the Dow up 0.11%, the Nasdaq up 0.45% and the S & P 500 up 0.22%. Supermicro Computer fell nearly 14% and the company was removed from the Nasdaq 100. Cryptocurrency concepts were generally higher, and MicroStrategy rose more than 4%.
