Delphi's former vice president of finance sentenced to four years for embezzling $4.50 million
Delphi Digital's former vice president of finance has been sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to embezzling nearly $4.50 million from the crypto research firm.
On Dec. 17, Connecticut District Court Judge Michael P. Shea sentenced Dylan Messner to 48 months in prison, followed by two years of supervised release, and ordered him to repay more than $4.6 million in stolen funds and an outstanding loan, the Department of Justice said.
