According to CoinDesk, the cryptocurrency open patent alliance COPA has once again taken Craig Wright to court, accusing him of contempt of court. COPA believes that after a judge ruled in March to bar Craig Wright from pursuing lawsuits related to his self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto, in October, Craig Wright tried to file a 900 million pound ($1.10 billion) lawsuit over intellectual property related to the Bitcoin system, which amounted to contempt of court. The two-day trial will conclude later on Thursday. Court documents show that COPA seeks an initial 18-month prison sentence for Craig Wright, whose supporters include Twitter founder Jack Dorsey and cryptocurrency exchange
Coinbase.
