The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce have publicly solicited opinions on the catalogue of industries that encourage foreign investment
On December 20th, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce publicly solicited opinions on the "Catalogue of Industries Encouraging Foreign Investment" (public exposure draft). The catalogue consists of two parts, one is the national catalogue of industries that encourage foreign investment, and the other is the catalogue of industries with advantages for foreign investment in the central and western regions. If the listed industries are clearly classified as restricted, eliminated, prohibited and other types of industries by the national relevant industry catalogues such as the "Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalogue", their encouraged attributes will naturally be exempted.
