China-Japan high-level people-to-people and cultural exchange consultations reached 10 consensus

On December 25, according to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on December 25, 2024, Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Foreign Minister of Japan, Iwaya Yi, attended the second meeting of the China-Japan high-level people-to-people and cultural exchange consultation mechanism in Beijing. The meeting reached 10 important consensus. These include supporting tourism cooperation and introducing more facilitation measures to promote the exchange of tourists between the two countries. The third meeting of the China-Japan high-level people-to-people and cultural exchange consultation mechanism will be held in Japan in a timely manner.
