Venture capital firm Gatreon Ventures has launched a $1 million Web3 fund that will target early-stage startups that are building the next generation of Web3 technology and will support these startups with funding, mentorship, strategic advice, and connections to a network of partners and investors, bridging the gap between traditional finance and decentralized networks. It is reported that the investment areas that the new fund will focus on will include: real-world assets (RWA), decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFT), decentralized applications (dApps), and Meme Coins.
