CNBC quoted sources as saying: US President-elect Trump will announce an investment of $20 billion to build a new data center. Hussain Sajwani, a billionaire real estate developer in the UAE and founder and chairperson of real estate development company Damac Properties, will be an investor in the new data center proposed by US President-elect Trump.
