Vitalik Buterin calls for priority optimization of key upgrades such as "blob expansion"
Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin wrote on the X platform that Ethereum core developers need to do a better job of prioritizing. He pointed out that if he had to choose between "raising the blob goal from 3 to 6" and "other improvements in Pectra", he would choose the former first. This shows that data availability scaling (Blob) is his top priority. Vitalik also said that he is exploring "peerdas" and suggested trying a more ambitious version to further promote Ethereum technical innovation and optimization. At the same time, he mentioned priority recommendations for projects such as Fusaka and G *, arguing that "blob scaling" is still key, but also mentioned the importance of L1 layer EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) improvements. He specifically mentioned the full account abstraction (AA) from EOF to 7701, SIMD + EVMMAX optimization, and a modest increase in gas limits.
