The modular data layer CARV announced the launch of the CARV SVM chain testnet, designed to enable large-scale data-sovereign proxies to extend SVM capabilities to Ethereum's AI proxy infrastructure and leverage zero-knowledge technology and a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) to ensure data privacy and security.
