The Central Political and Legal Work Conference was held in Beijing from the 12th to the 13th. The meeting made arrangements for promoting comprehensive rule of law and striving to build a higher level of rule of law China. The meeting called for the Ministry of Justice to take the initiative to study and propose legislative proposals for key areas, emerging areas, and foreign-related fields. For example, new issues such as unmanned driving, low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, virtual currency, and data ownership should be studied to regulate platform behavior through legislation and strengthen the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of new employment groups.
