Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently said that the words and actions of Securities Exchange Commission Chairperson Gary Gensler will lead to Joe Biden's defeat in the US Presidential Election in November. At the Bloomberg Investment Summit in New York on Tuesday, Gensler expressed his views on the cryptocurrency industry, saying that there are a lot of non-compliance in the field, suggesting that executives in the cryptocurrency industry may face legal sanctions. In response, Garlinghouse responded strongly on the X platform, calling Gensler's remarks "complete nonsense" and accusing Gensler of making mistakes in handling the FTX incident and not being invited to participate in the Justice Department announcement on Binance. Garlinghouse also questioned whether Gensler was really working for the American people, and said that if so, Gensler should have been fired long ago. He further pointed out that Gensler's position and actions would have a negative impact on Biden's election.
