The purpose of the committee is to advise the United Nations, agencies, and non-governmental organizations on the use of blockchain for aid payments, ensuring secure, transparent, and traceable delivery. Additionally, they will develop a roadmap for blockchain-based cash initiatives in underprivileged areas.
