The terms read: "To the extent permitted by law, Investor Participating in the Purchase agrees not to file, join, or participate in any class action against any claim, dispute, or contention brought by any Insured. Investor agrees to enter injunctive relief to stop such action or to remove you as a participant in the action. Investor agrees to pay attorneys' fees and court costs incurred by any Insured in pursuing such relief. This clause prevents Investor from filing, joining, or participating in a class action that: (i) does not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy for Investor to file a claim individually, nor does it constitute a waiver of a class action in such binding arbitration as described above; and (ii) is a separate agreement. Investors may opt out of these dispute resolution provisions by providing written notice of the decision within thirty (30) days from the date of first accessing the website. "
