After US President Donald Trump was sworn in, three lawsuits were filed in federal court against Elon Musk's Department of Government Effectiveness (DOGE). The lawsuits allege that DOGE violated the Federal Advisory Committees Act of 1972 (FACA) by failing to meet transparency requirements for public meetings, balanced perspectives, and record-keeping.
