SMC Entertainment, a commercial financial services and technology company, has announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Flax Tech Ltd, a UK-based cryptocurrency services provider, for an undisclosed amount. The final purchase agreement will be signed after the completion of due diligence, and Flax will become its subsidiary after the transaction is completed.
