In November 2023, Bankman-Fried was charged with seven criminal counts, including wire fraud, and later sentenced to nearly 25 years in prison for his role in the collapse of cryptocurrency exchange FTX. On Polymarket, he has a 4% chance of receiving a presidential pardon.
