Investment bank KBW released a research report covering the three major bitcoin mining companies Bitdeer (BTDR), CleanSpark (CLSK) and Core Scientific (CORZ) for the first time, all of which were given "outperform" ratings. KBW gave the three companies a target price of $26.50, $19 and $22 respectively. KBW believes that in addition to the mining business, Bitdeer also has a growing ASIC manufacturing division and AI/HPC Cloud as a Service Platform; CleanSpark has the most efficient mining equipment in the industry and plans to achieve about 50EH/s computing power by mid-2025; CoreScientific has an advantage with a 12-year AI/HPC managed service contract with CoreWeave and an experienced data center operations team. It is worth noting that KBW still regards Galaxy Digital (GLXY) as its preferred target in the digital asset space.
