Although crypto czar David Sacks says he is exploring the matter, the relevant bill submitted by Wyoming Republican Senator Cynthia Lummis is not related to the White House action. In addition, Texas is also advancing its own strategic BTC reserve plan, and bettors believe that the state has a 53% chance of passing the relevant bill in 2025.
