Kraken has re-launched token staking services in 39 US states

On January 30, crypto trading platform Kraken said on Thursday that customers in 39 eligible states will be able to participate in staking using KrakenPro, where tokens will be locked for a period of time, depending on the relevant blockchain. Currently, users can pledge 17 assets, including ETH, SOL, DOT, and ADA. In March 2023, Kraken agreed to terminate its pledge-as-a-service platform for U.S. customers and pay $30 million to settle Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) allegations that it provided unregistered securities.
