Wildcat, a decentralized credit platform founded by Laurence Day, has launched a new version on Ethereum

According to an announcement on Thursday, Wildcat, a decentralized credit platform created by cryptocurrency Twitter personality Laurence Day, has launched its v2 version on Ethereum. The project's X account posted: "Wildcat V2 has just been deployed to the mainnet." According to the announcement, the deployment cost 0.06969 ETH (about $180). Day pointed out that while the mainnet launch is going well and the "quiet technical part" is basically over, it will take about a week to fully complete. The agreement was co-founded by Dillon Kellar, founder of Indexed Finance, and joined by Evgeny Gaevoy of Wintermute as a "silent" partner. Essentially, it is an open marketplace designed to enable approved borrowers to establish on-chain credit instruments with fixed interest rates. An "approved borrower" is a borrower who formally accepts all the terms and conditions of the loan agreement.
