I feel that whether this will have a decisive impact on the movement of risk assets is unknown, but the nervousness is likely to persist and implied volatility may rise. More importantly, risk assets have shown amazing resilience so far this year in the face of monetary tightening and geopolitical crises. Therefore, we are neutral on most asset classes.
