Since the LIBRA incident, pump.fun daily trading volume, the number of newly registered wallets and other indicators have declined

Since the launch of the LIBRA token, the daily volume of pump.fun (which includes buying and trading newly issued tokens) has fallen 27% from $184 million to $134 million as of February 19, according to Dune data. pump.fun's growth has stalled in other ways as well as in terms of transaction volume. On Tuesday, the platform registered only 59,000 new wallets, the lowest since November 17, 2024. On the day of President Trump's inauguration last month, the platform had about 110,000 active wallets. Since Trump entered the White House, the number of new Meme coins launched on the pump.fun has also dropped sharply, from 61,800 on January 20 to just 27,800 on Tuesday.
