Coinbase Lianchuang: Reached an agreement with the US SEC, and the relevant litigation is expected to be officially approved and withdrawn next week

Coinbase co-founder and CEO Brain Armstrong wrote on the X platform that after years of litigation, costing millions of taxpayer dollars and causing irreparable damage to the country, Coinbase reached an agreement with SEC staff to drop their lawsuit against Coinbase. Once approved by the SEC (told it will be approved next week), it will be a complete withdrawal, with zero fines and no changes to the business. 1. The Securities Exchange Commission erred in law. 2. Giving in to the demands of the Securities Exchange Commission could lead to the demise of the crypto industry in the United States. 3. Litigation dismissal is the right choice for Coinbase's customers and the industry. Brain Armstrong said he expects the SEC to reform under the leadership of Paul Atkins, Mark Uyeda, Hester Peirce, and DOGE, and expects new and wiser people to enter leadership positions.
