According to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, in Consensys' lawsuit against the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), a Texas judge has granted a request by Consensys' lawyers to expedite a decision on whether the SEC has the authority to regulate MetaMask, with a ruling expected by the end of the year/early 2025.
