Trump calls group chat leaks a minor issue

On March 25 local time, according to the Daily Mail, US President Trump defended National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, calling him a "good guy" who had "learned his lesson". Previously, according to The Atlantic, senior Trump officials had inadvertently added Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, to a group chat that discussed the highly sensitive US plan to bomb Houthi targets in Yemen. Trump dismissed the report, saying it was "the only glitch in two months and not a serious problem" and said Goldberg's presence in the chat had "no impact at all" and that the attacks were "very successful".
