Ethos, a decentralized social (DeSo) app focused on bringing reputation and trustworthiness to the blockchain, announced the completion of a $1.75 million Pre-Seed round of funding, with participation from Web3 angel investors such as Bharat Krymo, James Hall, 0xQuit, Tre, Dingaling, Sighduck, Dragos, 0xMakesy, and Zeneca. Ethos Network uses Ethereum's verification function to confirm the credibility of users for ETH staking. Network participants will receive credibility scores, and the new funds will be used to launch products on Base later this summer.
