Trump: Not yet considering running for a third term as president, willing to fight Obama
Asked on Monday whether he might seek to run for a third term despite the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, President Donald Trump said he was "not thinking about" running for a third term. "There's a lot of talk about running for a third term. I don't know. I've never thought about it. They do say there's a way to do it, but I don't know much about it, and I haven't looked into it," Trump said in response to reporters' questions in the Oval Office. Asked what he thought of running against Obama if he and former President Barack Obama were both allowed to run for a third term, Trump said: "I'd love to. It would be a good race. I like that." He also said that someone had asked him to run for a third term as president.
