SIR.trading implored hackers to return $255,000 or its "protocol will not survive"

According to Cointelegraph, "Xatarrer", the founder of the recently hacked decentralized financial protocol SIR.trading, issued a plea to the attackers, demanding that they return about 70% of the stolen customer funds or the protocol would not survive. "This is my proposal, you keep $100,000 as a fair reward for discovering critical vulnerabilities and then return the rest," Xatarrer wrote in an on-chain message to the attackers on March 31. "Even if we are even, there will be no legal disputes and no drama." The agreement was previously hacked for $355,000 on March 30.
