Grayscale applies for S-3 registration for its digital large-cap fund, with plans to launch an ETF

On April 1, according to a U.S. SEC filing, Grayscale filed Form S-3 on April 1, planning to register its Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund as an exchange-traded fund (ETF).
