Ripple case highlights urgent application, applicant claims to have "conclusive evidence"

Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett said that a strange document has just appeared in the SEC v. Ripple docket - an urgent request for "conclusive evidence in favor of the defendant and in favor of the American people". The letter, written by Justin W. Keener, did not specify what the so-called "conclusive evidence" was or how it would benefit Ripple, but suggested it was related to physical investment contracts he had been collecting. Further investigation into Keener revealed that the SEC recently filed a lawsuit against him for being an unregistered bargain stock trader, and the court has ordered him to pay more than $10 million.
