Ark Labs has launched a Bitcoin Layer 2 payment network designed to increase the scalability and transaction speed of the Bitcoin network. The network takes advantage of Layer 2 solutions to allow more transactions to be processed off the main chain, reducing congestion on the main chain and lowering transaction fees.
