Terraform Labs is selling four of its projects
Terraform Labs, the bankrupt cryptocurrency company, is considering the sale of four of its businesses as part of a $4.50 billion deal with US securities regulators that would end operations, including Pulsar Finance, a portfolio tracker; Station, a crypto wallet platform; Enterprise, a codless decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) management platform; and Warp, its smart contract automation protocol. Terraform Labs added that the sale was "to maximise value for creditors and other stakeholders" and was part of a "broader gradual closure of the business pursuant to the terms of the settlement with the Securities Exchange Commission".
