A US judge has postponed the trial of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm from September to December
At Friday's hearing, US Judge Thane Rehn postponed the trial of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm, originally scheduled for September, to December 2. Rehn said he expected the trial to last about two weeks.
The central issue in the Department of Justice's case against Roman Storm is understood to be whether he created the software or controlled the service, and the judge made no decision on Friday, saying he would rule on the motions "expeditiously."
