Burve Protocol plans to acquire pump.fun at a $50 million valuation

Base and BNB Chain's token launch platform, Buve Protocol, plans to acquire Solana-based Meme token launch platform pump.fun at a valuation of $50 million and integrate its channel into the Burve LOL Meme token launch system.
