According to investors familiar with the matter, digital asset market maker Wintermute is discussing a funding round in which the company is discussing the sale of a $100 million stake, some of which will go to existing shareholders. Wintermute will also issue new shares, but the exact amount has not been determined. Talks are still ongoing and details have not yet been finalized, the people added.
