The company said: "We are committed to identifying any foundational or workflow improvements to strengthen our processes. The results of the root cause analysis will be updated as the investigation progresses. Systems that are currently unaffected will continue to operate as intended and there is no risk of such an incident occurring in the future." George Kurtz, the company's chief executive, wrote on social media that the company has written a technical overview of the incident and will continue to work with customers and partners to resolve the incident.
