According to the announcement released by Arkham on July 18, this operation is for tax payment and compliance, and the tokens belonging to the team need to be taken out of the on-chain unlocking contract and transferred to Coinbase Prime for custody/monitoring (which also means that there is no way to check the specific unlocking/transfer of these tokens on the chain later).
