Founder of SkyBridge Capital: Harris is open to cryptocurrencies and will take a more moderate approach to crypto

On July 25th, Anthony Scaramucci, founder of Skybridge Capital, tweeted that US Vice President Kamala Harris has received some criticism for not speaking at the Bitcoin conference, but Scaramucci pointed out that Trump had called Bitcoin a "scam" in 2022, and that his administration is also hostile to digital assets. Harris is open to cryptocurrencies and does not make decisions on crypto policy within the Biden administration. Harris has a feuding relationship with Elizabeth Warren. If Harris becomes president, it is expected that Gary Gensler will be fired and Warren will be excluded from financial services matters. Scaramucci suggested maintaining bipartisan support for cryptocurrencies in favor of the long-term health of the ecosystem. Scaramucci believes that the attacks on Bitcoin within the Democratic Party are mainly coming from Elizabeth Warren and her supporters. The Biden administration was wrong to hand over financial services matters to Warren. Harris will take a softer approach to cryptocurrencies. Although Trump supports cryptocurrencies now, he did not study Bitcoin in 2018. Scaramucci called for Harris to be given the same opportunity to develop her own cryptocurrency policy. Her presidency will not continue Warren's anti-cryptocurrency stance.
