Bitcoin-denominated trading platform Roxom completes $4.30 million Pre-Seed round, led by Draper Associates
Roxom, a bitcoin-denominated trading service platform, announced the completion of a $4.30 million Pre-Seed round of financing. Draper Associate, a subsidiary of Tim Draper, led the investment, Borderless, Cadenza Ventures, Kingsway Capital, and NewtopiaVC and a group of angel investors participated in the investment. The specific valuation information has not been disclosed. Roxom claims that it is the first stock, commodity and futures exchange priced and denominated in bitcoin, allowing users to view global markets in bitcoin and support the use of bitcoin for trading. It aims to revolutionize traditional finance by integrating bitcoin as the main currency for trading various financial assets and facilitating transactions and managing portfolios in a decentralized and transparent manner.
